Last year, CJ Homes built this custom design with classic Hampton features at Spring Mountain. This stunning home features a fresh blue and white colour scheme together with timber battens, gable roof and cladding that are both stylish and practical.

Spanning over two levels, this study 276.2 sqm design includes a deck to make the most of the views. This beautiful four bedroom home design flows effortlessly from the ground to the top floor, perfectly designed to take advantage of views and breezes. The top or first floor includes an open plan kitchen, living and dining area with access to patio. The master bedroom and ensuite are located at the front of the house with two guest or children’s bedrooms. The ground floor is ideal for older children or guests with two bedrooms, a family bathroom, a media room, and a games room that includes a kitchenette opening onto the alfresco dining area. The Newport design is perfect for large or extended families and makes the ideal rental property too.

In this case, our client chose a mix of external and internal inclusions from our Standard range and upgrades to give their home a luxurious look and feel.

Inside the house, our client added premium on trend inclusions such as gold tapware, shower heads, and matching cabinetry handles. The white cabinetry and stone bench tops in the kitchen are elegant and stylish. These design elements are beautifully offset by the stainless steel appliances and canopy rangehood. Luxurious tiles in the bathrooms give this home a sophisticated modern feel. The many premium upgrades in this home definitely add a wow factor.
