Please Note - This Quote does not allow for Added Costs and Plan Modifications to your Home due to new legislation regarding Accessibility, higher 7.0 Star Energy Requirements, and Energy Budgets. Energy Requirements are due to be implemented on 1st October 2023, and Accessibility Requirements on the 1st October 2023. The Client must be in a position to lodge Plans to Council Certifiers, before these dates.
