  • Council fees
  • Standard building and plumbing application fees

EXTERNAL STANDARD INCLUSIONS

 

Quality Exteriors

  • Brick veneer and/or weatherboard from Builder’s Standard range (as per plan)
  • Concrete or Colorbond roof
  • Sarking to tile roofs
  • Colorbond Fascia and Gutter
  • Balcony (2 storey designs only) with timber decking/tiles (as per plan) and powder coated balustrade

 

Windows & Doors

  • Feature front door from Builders standards range
  • Barrier screens to all windows (single lock), sliding glass doors, front & rear doors 
  • Powder coated aluminium windows
  • Key lock on windows and sliding doors 
  • Roller door/Panel lift garage door with remote (as per plan) 

 

Fence, Patio & Driveway

  • Under roof patio
