 The CJ Homes “Full Turn Key inclusion level” means that you simply, “turn the key” and move into your Finished home, this includes a H class Concrete Slab as Standard, all site costs are included in the build, we provide you with an electrical layout prior to contract, showing LED lights, ceiling fans, tv. Points, Data point and Power Points throughout. Not just one light bulb per room .

We have just had handover of our new home built by CJ Homes. We are in love with our new home and couldn't be happier. We have had a great experience with the whole team. Peter at the start was very informative and helpful with explaining the process. Being first time owners and builders this was all a new experience for us. We then were handed over to Colleen during the building process and she was fantastic. Very responsive and answered any questions that we have and any queries we raised were quickly addressed. Marty our build supervisor was brilliant. Great to deal with and addressed any PCI items quickly and communicated well with us on any updates etc. The quality of the build is outstanding. Our family members have also commented on the craftsmanship and quality of the home and products used etc. Overall, a fantastic experience and would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone. You wont regret it!!!

Really happy with CJ Homes, they're the best!

As many of you reading this we also found CJ Homes via advertising in Domain, with those calling eyes titles "Fixed Price, NO HIDING FEES", and guess what? They ain't lying! I paid what was in the ad nothing more. Our journey towards our first home was as below:

We booked an appointment with Peter at the display home and from beginning he provided us with all information we needed, as clear and honest a good professional can do. We got so confident and excited that we didn't even went look elsewhere, 2 weeks later we signed the contract and got our financial broker involved in the process for approval.

To sum up, people often say "building is too much stress, best buy something already built" well, they clearly haven't met CJ Homes crew, that's what I have to say.
