I have over 30 years experience in the building industry as a carpenter, over 8 years as a building consultant and I would be more than happy to go over the building process with you, so that you will be comfortable to proceed forward with the building of your new home. I would like to spend time with you here in my display home so that I can show you our high quality Standard Inclusion, that is a genuine “Full Turn Key” completed home, we can discuss what is important and what are the requirements of your new home.

I want to make sure that you are happy with the building of your new home and that there will be no surprises, you will be getting exactly what you have anticipated.

CJ Homes are unique to other builders, in that our “Full Turn Key inclusion level” means that you simply move into your completed home when it is finished, we don’t use the terms “Provisional Sum” or “Allowance” that are not complete, and will cost you extra funds to finish your home. Simply have the power, gas and nbn connected and move in. A good example of this is that we provide you with an electrical layout prior to contract, showing LED lights, ceiling fans, tv. Points, Data point and Power Points throughout. Not just one light bulb per room as it seems to be the standard with other builders.

CJ Homes can present you with a Fixed Price Contract within several days, straight up, no fuss, and that includes a customized design to suit your needs and requirements, “No extra cost involved for design changes”, No Deposit required prior to Contract.
